College of Business expands international cooperation with Nuremberg Institute of Technology, Faculty of Business Administration
On April 2, 2019, Dean of the College of Business, Prof. Hsiang-Tsai Chiang met with Prof. Dr. Frank-Ulrich Fricker, Business Administration Dean of Nuremberg Tech, and Prof. Dr. Florian Riedmüller, Associate Dean and Director of Taiwan Exchange and Cooperation, and discussed exchange programs for further development in the research and teaching field. One of the student, Ziyu Lin, who is currently exchanging at Nuremberg Tech, also attended the meeting and participated in the discussion, and provided educational thoughts from a student's perspective.
Nuremberg Tech have strong engagement in the collaborative relationships between industry and university. Through joint research with enterprises, college students need to accomplish graduate thesis based on corporate issues, and these practical research cases directly become resources for teaching materials. The faculty also offers numerous international degree programs, such as Bachelor International Business and Technology, Master International Finance and Economics, and Master International Marketing. Both school also discussed the possibility of cooperation in dual degree for master programs. Prof. Dr. Frank-Ulrich Fricker , Prof. Dr. Florian Riedmülle and faculty representatives will visit our College at the end of July this year. We look forward for the cooperation between the two schools to achieve the educational goals of innovation and internationalization.
