Feng Chia University signs a contract with Sinyi Realty Inc. to launch a campus seed project
Feng Chia University and Sinyi Realty Inc. signed an Industry-academia Cooperation memorandum on February 13th. The cooperation includes full-time interns program and salesperson special program, graduate briefings, career lectures, alumni briefing sessions, lectures by industry experts and sponsorship of large-scale events.
The signing ceremony was led by Bing-Jean Lee, President of Feng Chia University, Vice President Lung-Shih Yang, Dean of the College of Business, Hsiang-Tsai Chiang, Dean of the College of Construction and Development , Liang Tai Lin , Dean of D. School, Jih-Hsin Sher and faculties from related field. Sinyi Realty Inc. was led by general manager Yuanzhi Liu together with Human Resources project manager, Zhengliangi Tsai . The two parties all expressed their emphasis on the cooperation and established a strategic partnership.
This Industry-academic Aliance agreement opened a new page for all-round cooperation between Feng Chia University and Sinyi Realty Inc.. This year, Sinyi Realty Inc. entrusted the Global Village of Business Education and Industry-Academic Extension Service to launch a project. The project includes promoting salesperson program, branch intern counseling, leadership tea party, campus recruitment, business briefing and interviews with new graduates."
The school will also cooperate with Sinyi Realty Inc. to organize the Sinyi Cup Big Data Competition and recruit new real estate agents from Malaysia. The agreement not only integrates academic and industrial exchanges, education and training, and resource sharing, but also has great benefits for cultivating professional talents. Students are able to plan for careers before graduation, and have enough resources for employment when they graduate. Through this cooperation, in addition to providing substantial cultivation and training for college students in the professional field, we will actively build a solid foundation with students from Malaysia.
In the future, the two sides will continue to cooperate on projects such as mutual support for Industry-University Cooperation projects, personnel training, joint competitions and recruitment of talents. In addition to review the results on a regular basis, the two sides will work together to effectively cultivate talents to meet social needs, strengthen Industry-University Cooperation, and achieve a win-win situation for manufacturers, schools and students.
